September is Self-Care Awareness Month and it’s a time to remind us that taking care of ourselves, first and foremost, is essential. Self-care is often neglected in our everyday lives as we tend to put others needs before our own. That’s why it’s so very crucial that we GIVE Ourselves what we Need and take TIME for our Mental, Physical, Spiritual and Emotional Well-being. When we care for ourselves we are giving ourselves LOVE.

I am doing a Self-Love, Self-Care and Self-Acceptance CHALLENGE for 8 Days. Starting today, Sunday September 13th to Sunday September 20th
For 8 Days You are to:(Pick 1, 2, or 3 or Do all three. If you’re just reading this you can start your eight days now. The point of this Challenge is to DO Self-Care and to Get into a Mindset of DOING Self-Care.)
1. Write in a Journal an encouraging Note to Yourself or what you Love about Yourself.
2. Eat Clean, Workout, Drink Water only and Give Your Body REST. (Please if you have any health or diet restrictions do this accordingly to your health restrictions.)
3. Meditate for 10 minutes a day, Pray and Speak Out Positive Affirmations about Yourself.
**** Bonus do an Overnight 24 Hours Getaway for Yourself and Unplug from Everything and Everyone. This is your quiet space and time.****
