This Ladies Empowerment Walk, Guided Meditation and Journaling Experience will refresh your mind, renew your spirit and regenerate your body. You will learn a powerful guided meditation tool on how to center yourself in peace, in love and to relax in your everyday life. You will also receive a free Guided Meditation Card during this experience.

Let it Go Ladies Empowerment Walk Saturday, April 6th at 10am-11am.

This ladies empowerment walk and coaching experience will give you the tools to help you “Let Go” of the things that have been weighing you down mentally, physically and emotionally. Giving you the peace, clarity, hope, healing and support that you need during this time. Please bring a pen and notebook. This walk is a mix of a little walking and sitting during the Beautiful Coaching Experience.
