Center Yourself and Trust and Believe that EVERYTHING has already worked out for you. Yes, you can and will get through this. If there’s a lot of changes and things happening in your life right now you are probably feeling some anxiety and stress. I understand, I want you to know that you “You Got This”.

Here’s are three quick ways that I love to do to Center myself in Peace, I believe these tips can help you as well.
1. Write out your anxiety. Write down everything that you’re in fear about and having to get done. The trick to writing out your anxiety is to write everything down as if those problems are solved and get the anxiety out of your head.
2. Go out in Nature. Take a walk or sit in Nature. I love to combine the write it out exercise with the sit in nature exercise. I go to one of my favorite parks and I just sit, then I write out my anxiety.
3. Do a guided meditation. There are lots of guided meditations that you can speak out that will help you to Center Yourself and bring you into a state of Peace and Calmness. I love to do my guided meditation Refresh~Renew~Regenerate. Remember to take a couple of deep breaths as you are doing your guided meditation.
