Hello Beautiful People,
I wrote this encouraging word to Remind You and Myself to LIVE FOR TODAY. Today is truly a Gift and if we focus on our worries, cares, fears and anxiety of what’s going to happen tomorrow we are missing out on our Blessings Today. LIVE in YOUR ABUNDANCE of Today and Choose to Be Grateful for EVERYTHING that YOU HAVE in your Beautiful Life NOW.
You don’t have to suffer anymore. Suffering is a choice. We don’t have to suffer.
We get to choose to just “LIVE FOR TODAY”.
Here’s a quick writing exercise that you can do to help you to Be Grateful and to Live for Today.
There are 24 hours in a day so take a moment to just write out 24 for things that YOU HAVE in your Life. You can also just speak out your 24 for things that YOU HAVE in your Life but it’s nice to journal it so that you can look back on it.
I have Family.
I have Friends.
I have a car.
I have a Bed.
I have Food.
I have a phone.
I have water to drink.
I have a creative mind.
Do this writing exercise for the next 30 days or more. Also you don’t have to change what you write out that YOU HAVE in your Life everyday, it can be the same list or a new list.
This practice writing exercise will help you to be in a grateful mindset of just living for today. Gratitude breeds more Abundance that will welcome more Abundance into your Life and into your World.
