Writing a love of letter to yourself will boost your confidence, bring healing to you, empower you, give you hope, remind you of how POWERFUL you are, help you to feel and be present, connect you to God, clear your mind and body of negative thoughts and energy, help you to SEE You and so much more.

During the whole month of February I Challenge You to write a Love Letter to Yourself everyday.  Yes, for 29 days, from February 1st to February 29th.

For some of you that don’t know my story Self-love was a big area that I struggled with for many years.  Writing myself a Love Letter is one of the tools that I used to help stop the Self-hate and give myself the love that I needed and truly deserved.  It really changed my Life.
