Tranquility is a sense of a calm, peaceful and quiet state of mind.  

It is the quality or state of mind being tranquil, completely calm.

This mindset we must be very intentional about in our lives to make time for ourselves to embrace our tranquility.

Embrace your tranquility, try:

🌻 Sitting outside in Nature 

🌻 Journaling 

🌻 Taking a Bath

🌻 Getting up early to Meditate 

🌻 Taking a Walk or Hike 

🌻 Listening to Calming Instrumental Music

This quieting of the mind and stillness has many benefits.
