To Practice Gratitude in your everyday life and routine will help You to See and Be Mindful of ALL the Beauty, Blessings and Love that’s in your Life to appreciate and EnJOY.
Practicing Gratitude helps to aid my Mental Health and overall Well-being. With this month being Mental Health Awareness Month I just want to encourage YOU to Practice Gratitude in your everyday life.
Last month was an Epic Month for me. I truly believe one of the reasons why my month of April was so Amazing is because I intentionally decided to practice gratitude everyday and not just occasionally.
Everyday I would look for something to be grateful for and then I would Speak Out or Write Down in my journal something that I was Grateful for. I was also very intentional about telling my loves ones and others just how grateful I am for them as well.
I have now decided to enhance my Gratitude Practice by creating a Gratitude Jar to keep track of and to be able to look back on everything that I’m grateful for.
I created my Gratitude Jar using a jar that I purchased at Mashalls, little Post-it-notes page dividers that I purchased at Target and my Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pen that I use to write out my gratitude notes with.
Here are some of the things that I wrote down that I’m grateful for.
I’m grateful to receive a Hug
I’m grateful for opportunities.
I’m grateful that I stood up for myself.
I’m grateful for Support and Love.
I’m grateful to see the Blessings in my Life.
I’m grateful that I am doing what’s Best for my Mental Health and Well-being.
