A Little Self-Love Reminder for You

Hello Beautiful,

This February, I want to share something straight from my heart. 

Self-love isn’t just a hashtag or a cute quote. For me, it’s a daily practice of listening to my body, honoring my needs, and releasing what no longer serves me.

No guilt.
No judgment.
No punishment.

Just love in action.

Recently, I spent time in the hospital with severe pain on the upper left side of my body. The cause? Inflammation, Muscle Strain and Something I already knew… gluten constipation.

I’ve been on this journey for over a decade now sometimes doing really well, sometimes struggling when it comes to keeping gluten out of my diet, but this moment reminded me of something important:

I always have a choice.

We can choose to love ourselves.
We can choose to live fully.
We can choose to thrive, one loving decision at a time.

And right now, I am choosing foods, habits, and decisions that truly support me. I am not punishing or beating myself up for past choices. Instead, I am moving forward in love, in peace and in joy.

Today, I choose to treat myself with care, respect, and love.

Tomorrow, I will do it again. And always.

I want to invite you to do the same. Self-love is about continuing to choose yourself, even when life feels complicated or messy.
