Honoring Capacity, Choosing Stillness, and Practicing Self-Love in Real Time
Welcome, Beautiful Soul,
Life has been intense recently. I’ve had one ER visit for my own gut issues, and my husband had two ER visits as well. These moments have reminded me how important it is to pay attention to our bodies, our spirits, and the small signals we often overlook and to truly embrace what matters most.
I want to share with you what I’ve learned about honoring our capacity, choosing stillness, and practicing self-love in real time. May these reflections encourage you to create your own space for rest and presence.

I’m choosing stillness.
I’m choosing gluten-free healing.
I’m choosing nervous system care.
I’m choosing quiet mornings.
I’m choosing space to hear God clearly.
Self-love is not performance.
It’s practice.

The last few weeks have included:
• Prioritizing my health
• Recalibrating my well-being
• Navigating the unexpected with grace
• Remembering that I am worthy of rest, care, support, and being held through life’s transitions

So, I’m choosing to step into a quieter season.
10 years in this business has taught me this: Self-love means honoring your capacity in real time.
Burnout is not a badge of honor.
Rest is not weakness — it’s honoring yourself and your needs.
I will still be working.
Still serving.
Still creating.
Still building.
But from stillness.
From restoration.
From obedience to what my spirit is asking for.
This is alignment within.

If your body or spirit is asking you to slow down… trust it.
Honor your capacity.
Honor your season.
Honor your body.
That is self-love.
See you soon — softer, clearer, stronger.
